On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, the Department of Hispanic Studies of the Faculty of Humanities will celebrate the 70-year anniversary of the founding of the Federico de Onís Seminar. Furthermore, the Puerto Rican literature conference, “Jornadas de literatura puertorriqueña,” will present a tribute to writer Magali García Ramis a series of lectures organized around the theme “Manifestaciones de la mujer: Tributo a Magali García Ramis” from 1:00 to 4:30pm at the Jorge Enjuto Room, University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras (UPR-RP).
Speakers will include María Acosta Cruz, Mario Ayala, Wanda Cosme, Wanda Balseiro Chacón, and Magali García Ramis.
